Hagglers is a concierge-buying service. You build a cart on a supported home-improvement store site, send it to us, and a real buyer sources the same items at negotiated pricing. This policy covers what we collect to run that service — nothing more.
Account information. When you sign up: your name, email address, password (stored as a secure hash), and the shipping address you give us for supplier invoices.
Cart data you choose to send. When you click to send a cart, the extension reads the items on that store page — product names, quantities, listed prices, and product links — and submits them to your Hagglers account. Nothing is read or sent until you click.
Extension settings. The extension stores your session token, email, and settings locally in your browser so you stay signed in. It does not track your browsing history, and it only runs on the store sites we support and on hagglers-dfw.com.
Only to operate the service: reviewing the carts you send, sourcing each item, showing you before/after pricing, and arranging for suppliers to invoice you directly. We share your order details and shipping/contact information with a supplier only as needed to quote and invoice your order.
We do not sell or rent your data. We do not use it for advertising. We do not use it for creditworthiness or lending decisions. We do not collect browsing history, and the extension contains no analytics or tracking of your activity on other sites.
Our application and database are hosted with Vercel and Supabase. Data is transmitted over HTTPS and access is limited to Hagglers buyers working your orders.
You can sign out at any time (which clears the extension’s stored session), uninstall the extension, or ask us to delete your account and its data. To request deletion or ask anything about this policy, call 479-519-8293.
If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and its effective date. Use of the service is also governed by our Terms & Conditions.
