By creating a Hagglers account, installing the Hagglers browser extension, or sending us a cart, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.
Hagglers is a concierge-buying service. You build a cart on a supported store site and send it to us; a Hagglers buyer sources each item with suppliers at negotiated pricing and arranges for those suppliers to invoice you directly. Hagglers is not the seller of the products — your purchase contract for each item is with the supplier that invoices you.
Keep the information on your account — name, email, shipping address — accurate; we and our suppliers rely on it to quote and invoice your orders. You’re responsible for activity under your account, so keep your password to yourself.
Sending a cart is a request for sourcing, not a purchase. Your items collect in a single open transaction that you can keep adding to until a Hagglers buyer starts working it — at that point the transaction locks and can’t be edited. Items without a published price (“Pending price”) get a confirmed quote during review. You owe nothing until you request invoices and pay the suppliers that issue them.
Installing the extension and building carts is free. Orders of $500 or more qualify for haggling. Our service pricing is quoted individually — call 479-519-8293. Supplier invoices are passed through without markup. Savings of 15–40% are typical but depend on the items and suppliers involved — they are not a guarantee on any particular order.
Products are supplied and shipped by third-party suppliers. Availability, lead times, and final pricing can change between sending a cart and receiving a quote. Product warranties come from the manufacturer or supplier, not from Hagglers.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the Hagglers extension to send your own carts. Don’t use it to scrape stores, send carts you don’t intend to consider buying, interfere with the service, or reverse engineer it.
You can abandon an open transaction any time before a buyer locks it. Once it’s locked, call us — we’ll unwind whatever hasn’t already been committed with suppliers.
The service is provided as-is. To the fullest extent the law allows, Hagglers is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid Hagglers for the transaction the claim arises from. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
